Parent Partnership
We believe that children benefit most from early years education and care when parents and settings work together in partnership.
-
We have strong key worker links in our setting so parents have a named member of staff for their child.
-
Parents and staff can communicate at drop off and collection times each session.
-
Each half term, parents are asked to complete an Interests sheet and return to the keyworker so staff can stay up to date with current interests, achievements outside of preschool.
-
Parents/staff meetings are hosted each term. A great opportunity to chat with your child’s keyworker and see their Learning Journey file.
-
Lending library and Home Learning Packs are available to borrow to share with your children at home.
-
Two year old progress check meetings are offered between parent and keyworker to discuss progress at age 2.
-
We have a parent run Committee which welcomes new members interested in the supporting the behind the scenes running of the preschool.
-
The preschool have a Facebook page which gives information on fundraising events and photos from some of the preschool sessions.
